Tonights blog is not overly exciting…Ok, I should be in bed right now sleeping. It’s 12:30am. I’ll let the pill kick in. Too much on my mind.

I was invited to go see the Spice Girls tonight, but for some odd reason..lol..I have absolutley no interest in them, I’m only familiar with one song ‘If you wanna be my lover’. It’s not worth my time and energy to watch a concert I have no interest in.

Ok, I accidently switched the channel to CBC and I asked myself when has CBC of all channels airing gay? what’s with that gay show couple ’Steve and Bob’ or whatever their names are, the two used to have a show called ‘Designer Guys’ and are now on CBC doing Martha Stewart stuff, how sooo gay. "Ok Steve, back to you with the hair tips", being gay is not all about make-up and decorating tips!! My straight brother is more gay than I am and he’s into all that stuff.lol…I couldn’t careless if my chocolate coloured couch matches my shoes. And then the camera is on someone in the audience and the look on her face looked as if she were saying "they pulled me off the street and gave me free tickets to a show, and surprise I am here!". And at one time I see an audience member looking at her watch, talk about bad editing. Many looked bored to death. But seriously, so much significance on things that really don’t matter.

I personally couldn’t be bothered if my shoes don’t match my hair or eye color. But who cares??? As long as we like them on us and not what ‘they’ say is in or out. Let’s pay attention on things that matter. Not on crap!!  Is it people’s way of being accepted into our sad society of being polically correct???

The only masculine thing about them is when they do those drawings giving recommendations for some house projects. But we know who’s the top in that relationship.

But seriously, what does this say about gays, that we’re all the steretype?? This stuff should be banned by the Gays Against the stertype of Feminine Council.

"that blouse is absolutely gorgeous" …. gimme a break! I think it’s just wrong for a ‘man’ to give tips on women stuff.

Sorry peeps, I was gonna do a Heath Ledger Short Video but due to time contraints I am unable to, I didn’t wanted it to be thoughtful and had tons of ideas but it required a lot of searching for clips etc. I wanted it to be good. The reason why i wanted to make a video about it is because like many other people who die from accidential drog overdose, it’s a very difficult thing to deal with,i t happens so quickly and unexpectly sometimes we’re in denial that the one’s we love died in a way where it could of been avoided. And even though I don’t know him or many others, the story is a very sad one. I’m still upset over it for some reason. Perhaps, it was his role in ‘Brokeback Mountain’, a big risk he took when taking on the role, especially in a society where we’re judged, and in especially Hollywood, a career can go either way.

The story of ‘Brokeback Mountain’ and his performance in the film, and just the fact a straight man playing a gay character in a love story, for some reason, I don’t know why,I find that herotic. It’s one thing to play a feminine comedic character , but to act in a love story?  It’s profound.

Musicians, actors etc that do what they do that affects you in a way where we look up to them or have a great amount of respect for them for which ever reason that moves us, touch us, affect us. Like that singer who sings that song that means so much to us, the actor that played that role because it left you empowered or that author who enlightened you.
