I love Dr. Oz. He’s the doctor thats always on Oprah providing amesome health information, that and the fact that I’ve read all of his books, provided this advice today. Before dinner, eat one slice of Whole Grain (not whole wheat) bread with a touch (not dripping of the bread) of olive oil and you’ll notice that if you do that for 2 weeks, you’ll lose weight.
