He’s FBI’s 2nd Most Wanted Man after Osama Bin Laden. If you help catch the guy you will be offered $2million for his capture. It must not be good being him right now, perhaps he’s living in the cave with Osama.

The RCMP is on a manhunt for a fugitive on the FBI’s ten-most-wanted list after a tip from INTERPOL indicated he may be in Toronto.
James “Whitey” Bulger, 79, was the alleged boss of the Winter Hill Gang, an Irish-American criminal organization operating out of Boston.
He has been a fugitive since 1995 when he fled Boston after bring indicted by a federal grand jury and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The last confirmed sighting was in London, UK, in 2002.
On Sept. 3, 2008 the FBI doubled the reward for Bulger’s capture to $2 million. This is the second-highest reward offered, after only Osama Bin Laden.
Bulger has been charged with 19 counts of murder, conspiracy to commit murder, extortion, conspiracy to commit extortion, narcotics distribution, money laundering, and conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Sgt. Marc Laporte of the RCMP said that on Thursday the RCMP, acting on a tip from INTERPOL, went to an address Bulger was alleged to be at. However, he was not there.
They then received a description of man matching Bulger’s description at a restaurant in Centrepoint Mall at Yonge St. and Steeles Ave. and proceeded to make an arrest, however the man arrested was not Bulger.
Special agent Gail Marinkiewicz of the FBI said Bulger has visited Canada in the past
“There was a safe-deposit box in Canada,” she said. However she would not confirm if it was in Toronto.
The FBI alleges that Bulger has lived a life of crime since leaving the United States Air Force in 1952. He served time for a bank robbery in the 1960s and has allegedly been a crime boss from the 1970s until 1995.
The most-wanted poster for Bulger says he has a violent temper and is known to carry a knife at all times.
“He’s a really interesting character,” said Marinkiewicz,. She said she didn’t know if he was still involved in organized crime.
He is the brother of William Bulger, former President of the Massachusetts State Senate and president of the University of Massachusetts
